Présentation« Cuisine cannoise en fête », a new culinary event hosting Patrick Flet, a food writer from Cannes, Sebastien Broda, Chef at the Grand Hotel Park 45 restaurant and Stéphane Raimbault, Chef at L’Oasis restaurant in La Napoule.
From March 5th until March 12th, restaurant owners, catering trade professionals, producers, farmers and craftsmen from the Cannes region will meet around the theme of a local gourmet identity and will introduce a genuine Cannois cuisine with regional flavours.
Every restaurant owner involved in this event will prepare a dish, a three course meal, or a two course “formule” entirely made of local products.
During this whole week, partner restaurants will invite you to discover Cannois delicacies.
All the Cannois dishes will have a specific Cannois name referring to the town or the region.
On Saturday March 5th, from 4pm till 7pm, local products tasting in Marché Forville.
On Sunday March 13th, from 10am till 5pm, “Oursinade”(sea urchin tasting) at the Moure Rouge.
